Vendor Registration includes your 10x10 pipe & drape booth, one 8-ft folding table, two chairs, two vendor passes, and mention in conference promos.
Vendor Set-Up is on Friday, July 14th, from 2:00pm-5:00pm. Vendor Fair runs from 10:00am - 4:00pm on July 15th.
Big Country Home Educators reserves the right to refuse vendor space to any business, person, organization, or group.
$100 (through July 3rd)
$125 (July 4th-12th)
No more than TWO separate businesses/organizations may share one vendor space, and EACH vendor business/organization must be registered by name. If your business/organization is planning to share vendor space with another, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Vendor registration is non-refundable.
Only registered (by name) vendors may display, promote, or distribute information.
