VENDORS

Thinking of joining us at this year's Homeschool Open House? We'd love to have you! If you offer a resource that might be of interest to home educating families in Abilene and the surrounding counties, register as a vendor today. BCHE reserves the right to refuse any vendor that offers a product or service that is counter to the purpose and policy of the organization.

Resources for homeschool families:

  • sports
  • art classes
  • dance studios
  • academic classes
  • martial arts
  • curriculum
  • hybrid schools
  • learning tools
  • tutors
  • extracurricular activities
  • colleges/universities/trade schools
Vendor registration includes:

  • participation in the resource fair
  • table and two chairs (table size TBA)
  • inclusion in event advertising
  • right to distribute materials advertising your product or service
  • vendor passes for two people--additional representatives will need to purchase a pass; please email vp@bched.com with questions
The right to distribute materials and advertise your business, product, or service is reserved for registered event vendors.

Vendor Set-Up
Vendors may set-up beginning at 12:00pm. Vendors must be set up by 1:15pm in order to participate.

Resource Fair
Resource Fair will run from 1:30pm to 5:00pm. Resource fair is dedicated from 3:30pm-5:00pm.
