Coffee Date for Homeschool Moms - Encouragement & Info Meeting

Brand new or veteran homeschool momma, this is for you!

If you are planning to homeschool this year and have some questions, we are happy to help however we can! We have veteran home educators ready and happy to share insight, experience, and encouragement with you. Bring your curriculum questions, your scheduling questions, and your "how do I get started" questions. Leave the kids at home and come spend the evening in community with other moms!

Part of our evening will be spent sharing thoughts from the book, Teaching from Rest: A Homeschooler's Guide to Teaching from Unshakable Peace, by Sarah Mackenzie. This discussion will be a blessing to both new and veteran homeschoolers--we need to support and encourage each other in the goal of teaching our kids from a place of calmness and confidence!

There is no charge, and no need to have already read the book. If you'd like to read the book, it's a quick read, and available through Amazon and locally at Mardel. 

We do need everyone to register, as we are providing plenty of space for physical distancing, and the room we use will be based on the number of attendees.
